Do I get a physical address?

What happens when my mailbox gets full?
Easy. We set aside a bin with your name and mailbox # on it. You'll have a label in your actual mailbox to let you know there is 'overfill'. If you provide your email we can send notification for 'overfill' as well.
I travel alot. What happens to my mail while I'm gone?
We can either hold your mail, or for a fee we can forward your mail to where you are!
Why does the 'small business' cost more than the 'small' personal'?
If you own or are part of a business, you usually get more mail than just your household monthly bills. Also you get to include the names of other businesses you're associated with. Family members can receive mail and packages at your mailbox too! We're responsible for every single person's information and security.
