Dear Jose and Staff,
Well the time has come to close my account for my box. I have had box #349 for the last 9 years, since 2000, that is a long time. It is almost as long as my marriage and the age of my daughter. You have diligently, without any complaints, checked for my mail when I have called in almost everyday of the past 9 years, and I want to tell you how much I have appreciated everyone's help there. I know I probably was a pain in the ass a few times, so please fogive me. So, I thank you for your service support, and most importantly, Jose you personally, for your friendship and advice. You are the best and I wish you, your family and staff all the best in the years to come. I would recommend your UPS store to anyone who need your services in your area. Again, Thank You for being a part of my business life and helping me continue, even in this current recession, when business were tough.
