"I don't like sending packages because typically there are lines and confusing rules and forms and special tape and blah blah blah.   However, shipping packages at this store = not having to deal with any of that claptrap. I walk in, get greeted immediately and warmly. I hand over my package and shipping address. They weigh it, type it in, print out the label and send me on my happy way."
