Jay Soucia, Owner My name is Jay Soucia and I am the owner of The UPS Store in Downtown Austin. I have been working in the store since 1999 and worked at UPS for two years as well. My expertise inside the UPS operation and as manager/owner of the store gives me unmatched knowledge of the entire shipping industry. As a Certified Packaging Expert, I have 12 years of experience packaging the most fragile and high value of pieces. I am proud to be a part of the Downtown Austin community and look forward to helping you with any project, large or small. |

Chris, Manager Chris is manager of The UPS Store in Downtown Austin. He has worked for the store since 2007 and also has experience working for UPS. Chris has the ability to help customers on even the most challenging of projects. Whether it is packaging a delicate object for shipping or handling a large print job, Chris has the expertise to help you with anything you or your business needs. His strong customer service skills and knowledge of the industry makes him an invaluable leader inside our store. |

Morgan, Associate Morgan has worked inside The UPS Store organization since 2007. She is a vital part of our store and is responsible for managing over 450 mailbox holder's accounts within the store, including mail forwarding across the entire world. Morgan also handles many of our document processing services, such as our Apostille Services. We are happy to have her as part of our extremely talented staff. |
