Please bring in driver's license for all applicants and another piece of ID that has your current address on it. Passport, voter registration card, utility bill.
To expedite the setting up of your mailbox, please click on the blue links we have here. Print the Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent Form (1583) for each applicant and one UPS Mailbox Agreement Form. Fill them out and bring them in to get your mailbox set up as soon as possible.
