The Mclean UPS store owned by Michael Berens and operated by Brian and Rob is the BEST shipping store ever. The level of customer service, personal detail and professionalism can not be beat. I have shipping many boxes to a relative who moved to California (Brian even came to the house to pick them up for me) and the level of service has exceeded all my expectations. I would never use any other service. We have a gem in Mclean!
