Owner operator is Dave Lyon. Dave has 36 years experience in the retail industry from both the Franchisee side of the business and from the Corporate side of the business. Dave is also a Vietnam veteran and a certified Notary Public.
Our Center Assistant Manager is Chris Neumann. Chris attends CSU San Marcos and is working on his Marketing Degree. He has over three years experience at The UPS Store and is our packing, shipping and document services expert. Chris is also a certified Notary Public.
We have four great sales associates, Jackie, AJ, Bianca, and Teresa. We pride ourselves on great customer service and our expertise with packing, shipping and document services.
Our customer service philosophy is simple. We are here to take the hassle out of our customers' lives. We believe that when we take good care of our customers, they will come back again and again.
