Mike and Jean Sofka have owned The UPS Store 0026 since September 2006.  They are local residents of Lake Forest and have been married 3 years.  Mike is currently the store's notary.

Marissa Sizemore is currently the manager of The UPS Store.  She has been on staff since November 2005, starting as a store associate.  She is also in the process of obtaining a notary license.

Steven Orel has been on staff at The UPS Store since December 2006 as a store associate.  He assists Marissa in day-to-day tasks and helps manage the store website.

Jon Garcia has been on staff as a store associate since May 2008.
