- Notary is always available. No appointment necessary.
- Notary charge is based on number of signatures that need to be notarized, not the number of document pages or other signatures that do not need notary. Charges are $10.00 per signature notarized. We accept cash or major credit cards only.
- Legally acceptable forms of Identification for notarizations are any one the following. All must be current or issued within the past 5 years:
- State issued Drivers License or ID card.
- U.S. Issued Passport
- Foreign passport stamped by the INS (U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Services)
- Alien registration card or green card (acceptable only for notarization of INS forms)
- Military Service I.D. card issued by the U.S. Governement
- Drivers license officially issued in Mexico or Canada
- If signer lacks ID, two people who know the signer and have current ID may swear to signer's identity.
